Our air-conditioned unit broke down in the hottest time of this year and it's only 7 years old. We had Aire one come in and diagnose the problem only to tell us that the motor is busted and it would take between 3 - 5 weeks to fix due to to supply issues. He then suggested that we invest in a new unit that would cost thousands. I didn't want to accept that a7 year old unit was done for...so I called up service 1st and talked to Annette. I wasn't even a customer and did not purchase anything with them and she talked to me and came up with a plan to get my existing unit fixed. She truly is an Angel. Sam came in the very next day and worked hard to get if up and running. Not only that Annette got the job done under our existing warranty and saved us over a thousand dollars! This is what I call teamwork and true customer service! I would definitely recommend and they will save you money! If I could give them better than 5 stars I would.
